To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatchSpark and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
